Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 business day (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

All orders placed before 4pm Monday to Friday are shipped the same day. On Saturday, the shipping cut-off time is 12pm. We do not ship on Sunday.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control. Royal Mail Special Delivery is the only guaranteed delivery service that we offer.

At this time, we do not ship to any country outside of the UK.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number that can be used to check the status of your order. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 3 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at enquiries@hanmiaperfumes.co.uk with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

We ship all of our orders through Royal Mail. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you can track your order using the Royal Mail Track and Trace Service with the tracking number provided to you.
