Estée Lauder Little Black Primer is a tinted black lash primer that can be worn three ways: alone to tint and lift lashes, beneath mascara to amplify volume, lift and length, or over mascara to help set the finished look. The formula creates a black base rather than the pale cast of a traditional primer and can be used as a water-resistant topcoat to help reduce smudging and flaking. It is ophthalmologist tested and suitable for contact-lens wearers.
